On or about January 22, 2021, a series of cyber incidents were detected on Argus Business Group’s information systems. These related incidents may have resulted from previously undetected and continued unauthorized access to our computer networks.

More specifically, hackers targeted computer devices operated by senior executives at Argus Logistics LLC.

Promptly upon detection of these incidents, we initiated rapid response and containment protocols, including immediate actions to reinforce and protect our computer networks. However, some data and information destroyed during this cyber attack is permanently lost.

In accordance with our plan to mitigate negative impacts of this cyber attack, parts of our computer infrastructure were taken entirely offline. We also restricted access to our financial assets which in return had slowed our ability to timely process and perform certain transactions.

While we are working to maintain our mission-critical operations and reduce further damage to our networks, we ask our partners, contractors and customers to remain patient. System recovery measures are underway and being implemented as quickly as possible. We intend to fully resume our operations by February 1, 2021.

Please be advised that in connection to this cyber attack, we anticipate loss of revenue and productivity that may adversely impact our financial results.

No further details are available at the moment.
