Established originally as Argus Freight LLC in 2017, Argus Business Group™ (the Group) makes strategic and tactical investments in publicly traded and privately held businesses. Our investments focus primarily on transportation, infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, mining and commercial real estate companies. We seek businesses with tangible assets, low valuations, attractive yield and investor-friendly management teams. We prefer companies located mostly in developed countries with strong economic fundamentals and the rule of law.

The Group’s equity portfolio includes investments in about 100 companies domiciled in the following 13 countries:

We use debt sparingly and we choose to reject speculative investments rather than over-leverage our balance sheet with risky assets. This conservative approach leaves our business operations and investment portfolio protected, considering our commitment to long-term success.
