Argus Logistics LLC is closely monitoring the situation in Ukraine. We’re very concerned about the unprecedented build-up of Russian weapons and troops in the region.
After careful consideration―and effective immediately―we have ordered the evacuation of our non-essential personnel in Ukraine. This decision was made out of abundance of caution and in order to protect the safety and security of our contractors.
Our interstate trucking business in the United States fully depends on our Dispatch Center in Ukraine which remotely controls, manages and dispatches our trucks. Should Russia invade Ukraine, our trucking operations in America will grind to a halt and will remain paralyzed for months.
Unfortunately, there are no contingency plans in our playbook for a geopolitical crisis such as this one. Therefore, please be advised that in connection to these recent developments, we anticipate loss of revenue and productivity that may adversely impact our financial results.
If you’re a U.S. person based in Ukraine and require assistance, please contact the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the U.S. Department of State.
For Ukraine related calls, please dial (833) 741-2777 (toll free U.S. and Canada) or +1-606-260-4379 (overseas). All other calls, please dial (888) 407-4747 (toll free U.S. and Canada) or +1-202-501-4444 (overseas).
